Community Heart is a division of Modus where we help to provide a safe, fun environment where local people will learn, listen and develop long term partnerships.
At Modus our Community Heart Team want to help to make people proud of the village, town or city in which they live. We will provide a focal point within this habitat, a place where people can meet within a safe environment. Any profits Modus makes through a town centre development, 1% is given back to assist local community projects. Our work with communities was recognised in 2005 when we were shortlisted for the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister Sustainable Communities Award. |
